Affiliate Scheme Terms & Conditions

By participating in our affiliate scheme you are consenting to our terms and conditions as outlined below.

Overview

The purpose of the pensioncraft.com affiliate scheme is to reward existing members for referring new members to the pensioncarft.com website. Reward is made via commission on courses or memberships purchased by your referred individuals.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PensionCraft Ltd. The terms “Affiliate,” “you,” and “your” refer to members of the pensioncraft.com affiliate scheme. The term “site” relates to all pages that form the pensioncraft.com domain

How Does The Affiliate Scheme Work?

  • Each affiliate has their own unique affiliate link(s). These links can be used to promote the courses and memberships that pensioncraft.com offers.
  • When a potential buyer clicks on an affiliate link, a cookie is stored in their browser. This cookie is used to link that user with the affiliate whose link they clicked. The affiliate cookie lasts for 60 days but without this cookie, no commissions can be tracked.  If the buyer makes a purchase after the cookie has expired, or if the buyer deletes the cookie the affiliate will not get a commission.
  • Commission is only paid for sales of pensioncraft.com courses and memberships. No commission is paid on coaching.
  • The commission rate is currently set at 10%
  • For subscriptions, affiliates will receive 10% of all recurring monthly/annual subscriptions, not just the first transaction.

How Is The Commission Paid?

We pay commission on a monthly basis.

Affiliates will only receive payment if:

  • They have supplied us with a valid PayPal account email.
  • They have reached the minimum payout level of £5.
  • The commission is at least 30 days old. This is to help us avoid paying out commissions on sales that will later be refunded or that are otherwise unsuccessful.

Affiliate Scheme Eligibility

The scheme is intended to reward existing members of pensioncraft.com for referring new customers to the site. To take part in the affiliate scheme you must have an existing account on pensioncraft.com and a valid PayPal account email to enable us to make payments to you.

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Company’s affiliate scheme and to terminate any existing affiliate agreements, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so.

Promotional Methods

Affiliate disclosures are a legal requirement and affiliates must disclose that they receive compensation from affiliate links.

It is the intent of the Company that all our customers should be treated fairly. Therefore we require our affiliates to comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines concerning advertising and marketing, including without limitations, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

The Company is not responsible for affiliates’ actions or content, including whether it’s accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Affiliates are responsible for all intellectual property rights claims that may arise from their content.

You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary.
